Domestic Shipping

We are able to ship anywhere within the United States.

International Shipping Policy

Unfortunately, due to regulations we are currently able to ship only to the following locations:

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bermuda, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Greenland, Hungary, Iceland, India, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, and United Kingdom.

Note that shipments to locations outside of the United States, Canada, or the United Kingdom may include additional customs duties and fees charged by the local customs office. If these are charged, you will be contacted and are responsible for these additional fees.

Shipment Processing Time

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, printing, tailoring, quality check and packaging. Processing typically takes 2 - 5 business days, however depending on the circumstances and inventory levels, it may take longer than usual.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our facilities to the destination. The shipping options available to you will be displayed at checkout. They can range from within 1-8 business days (1-20 for international orders) depending on the courier and level of service you select.

We do the best to ensure your delivery arrives on time, however delivery dates are not guaranteed and there may be a number of unforeseen reasons why your items will arrive after the estimated arrival date. We encourage you to ship all items to a permanent address in order to ensure a successful delivery.

Tracking

An email with tracking information will be sent to you once your order has shipped.

Some items within your order may ship separately. You will never be charged more for shipping and handling than what appears at checkout.

Shipping Multiple Orders

Multiple orders placed on the same day cannot be combined and will ship separately.

Shipping To Multiple Locations

Unfortunately, we cannot split up an order and ship to multiple locations. If you wish to send items to different locations, please place a separate order for each shipping address.

Address Changes

We are unable to change or update a shipping address once an order has been placed. Please be sure to check your shipping details prior to submitting your order.

APO/FPO Shipping

We are able to ship most of our products to U.S. Military APO/FPO addresses. When completing your Shipping Address during checkout, please make note of the following.

The City must be entered as either "APO" or "FPO".
The State must be selected as either "AA" "AE" or "AP".
The country must be United States.
You must enter your Zip code.
Always remember to enter your full name, grade, and PSC or unit number.
Please note: orders shipped to an APO/FPO address take longer to be delivered. Please allow an additional  2 - 4 weeks for your package to arrive.
