Refund policy

All sales are final. Due to the on demand process that we employ we are not able to offer refunds.

Damaged & mislabeled items

All orders go through a 3-step quality check before we ship them out. However, if a damaged or mislabeled item was accidentally let through our quality control, or was damaged during shipment, please let us know by sending us an e-mail to EverQuest@DarkpawGames.com with a photo of the damaged goods within 7 days after the item has been received. Keep in mind that the whole item should be visible in the image(s).

Buyer’s remorse or size exchange

All these items are made on demand, so unfortunately, we are not able to cover a refund for buyer's remorse. Additionally, we are not able to cover a size exchange as that would mean producing an entirely new product. Please check the size guides (where applicable) before selecting a size. Thank you for your understanding.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If you decide to return the product within the 14-day cooling period, you are responsible for the costs of postage and packaging.
